General Questions:
How far in advance should I start shopping for my wedding dress?
The best time to start shopping for your wedding dress is when you are ready to find your wedding dress…It often happens when you least expect it!
If you plan to special order your bridal gown, it can take 4-7 months to arrive. You will also want to allow 2-3 months for the alteration process, so ideally 9-12 months out from your wedding date.
There are oftentimes rush options available, if needed. We do sell directly out of the collection too for brides who don’t have enough time for the special ordering process.
What is the average cost of a wedding dress at your bridal shop?
Our wedding dress collection starts at $1,200 and goes up to $3,000 with the average wedding dress cost being between $1,700 and $2,000.
Do I need to make an appointment to try on dresses, or can I walk in?
It’s best to make an appointment so we can better serve you with personalized time and attention, creating the joyful shopping experience that you deserve. We try our best to accommodate walk-ins but time may be more limited.
What should I bring to my bridal appointment?
Most of our gowns have incredible structure and boning built inside of them, oftentimes our brides do not need any extra undergarments. You will have a bridal stylist helping you in and out of the dresses, so please bring whatever you’d feel most comfortable in. Other than that, just bring some light-colored panties, supportive guests, and an open mind!
Can I bring guests to my dress fitting, and if so, how many?
Yes, our Classic Bridal Experience can accommodate the bride, plus 4 adult guests. Our Timeless Bridal Experience can accommodate up to 6 adults. For a larger party of guests, we recommend our Champagne Experience, a private boutique experience.
Do you offer wedding dress alterations, and if so, what is the typical timeline and cost?
We don’t offer in-house alterations but have a wonderful resource list we can give you as you say yes to your dress. These alterations providers tend to fill up quickly so be sure to book them as soon as possible after you find your dream dress. They each have their own price list and availability, so it’s important to ask them those questions before booking with them.
What are your policies on deposits, cancellations, and returns for wedding dresses?
We do prefer payment in full to ensure your dress gets in queue with our designer gown partners. If you need a payment plan we can certainly do that as well. It would be 60% down, following 2 monthly installments for the remaining balance.

We offer gowns from size 2-28 in store but can order most gowns 0-32.
Can I bring guests with me to my bridal appointment, and if so, how many?
Yes, our Classic Bridal Experience can accommodate you, plus 4 adult guests. Our Timeless Bridal Experience can accommodate up to 6 adults and for additional guests, you might like our Champagne Experience, a private boutique experience.
Do you have a wide selection of plus-size wedding dresses available?
Yes, we sure do, and in a variety of silhouettes. We also offer bridal gowns from size 2-28 in our store but we can also order most wedding gowns in sizes 0-32.
Questions From The Menswear:
What is the range of tuxedo styles available for rental at your store?
We have many styles and colors available and we also have ultra slim or slim fit options to choose from as well.
What are the price ranges for tuxedo rentals?
We offer inclusive pricing for $250.
This price includes rental of the pants, jacket, fitted microfiber shirt, tie, vest, cufflinks, pocket square, and shoes.
Do I need to schedule an appointment for a tuxedo fitting, and how far in advance?
Yes, you can schedule your menswear appointment any time, 1-6 months before your event date. However, the sooner the better to ensure your items will be available.
How long can I keep the rented tuxedo before and after the wedding?
The tux will arrive the week of the event date and is due to be returned shortly thereafter. For example, if the wedding is on a Saturday, your tuxedo will arrive by Wednesday and you will return it on Monday.
Is there a deposit required for tuxedo rentals, and is it refundable?
We can refund your deposit as long as we are notified at least 2 weeks prior to the event and your suit hasn’t already been shipped out.
